Data are processed using IT tools and adequate security measures, for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected.

Data will be retained as follows:
- For contractual and administrative purposes: 10 years as required by tax regulations;
- For contact form requests: up to 12 months from receipt;
- For marketing purposes: until consent is withdrawn by the user.

5. Data Communication and Transfer

- Online booking management platforms used to organize and finalize the stay
- Tax consultants, IT technicians, collaborators and suppliers, duly appointed as external data processors
